The Orbital collection draws its inspiration from the physics of the Solar System with circular shapes evoking the trajectories of planets and celestial bodies around a star. These objects emphasize the essential principles of glass-blowing that create a lens in the center of the shape, deforming the visual space within the object and paraphrasing the space-time distortion in the universe. A light bulb is placed in the center of the fixture, representing the Sun and held between the glass components by an elegantly detailed metal fitting. The two glass elements are individually attached, enabling a wide variety of dozens colour combinations.
